THE APARTMENTS AT SUMMERLAND CENTRE 

The community has created three new efficiency apartments for those who would like to rent in  Summerland  while visiting the area in search of a homesite, or while their homes are under construction nearby, or while visiting friends in the cottages. This is the Bedroom area in the southern apartment Send Page To a Friend There is a fully equipped kitchen in each unit The charge for a month is $1000.00, $250 a week. There is a considerable discount for multiple month stays. And the prices are variable in the wetter and dry seasons. The price includes all the facilities in the Summerland Community and the beauty of the surrounding and delightful climate and perfectly beautiful Costa Rica. Pets are welcome, smoking is allowed, internet is free and the cable television has everything you might desire in the choice of musical styles, languages and programs available in its channels.
